  Within 24 hours of making a request for a survey to be done, Jeff and Larry were at my home accurately within the window of time they predicted. They were very friendly and professional and made recommendations which I honestly felt were in my best interest as a customer. While explaining the results of the survey they followed up with several options which were very cost effective, all while being respectful and did not try to sway me in any direction. They presented the facts and gave me the clear opportunity to decide for myself. Neal Pest Control has made a seemingly stressful undertaking very manageable and worry-free! Highly recommend!
