  I called several times over the course of a couple weeks. An owner (though I don't know if he's the sole owner), finally called me back. I told him I was really disappointed with not receiving a call back, he offered to come out personally. He was on time and professional when he came for an estimate, but after leaving I never heard from him again. I was supposed to receive a proposal. I decided not too pursue it any further, since it really felt like he didn't want my money.
